iShopping App

Intelligent Shopping (iShopping) is an innovative mobile application designed to revolutionize the way people shop for groceries. With iShopping, users no longer have to visit multiple stores physically to compare prices and find the best deals. Instead, they can effortlessly navigate through the app to access a variety of features that simplify and enhance their shopping experience.

The core objective of iShopping is to provide convenience and time-saving benefits to its users. By allowing users to create a list of regularly purchased items, iShopping eliminates the need for them to repeatedly search for the same products. Users can easily access their customized shopping lists and quickly find the items they need, saving precious time and effort.

Additionally, iShopping offers users the ability to access flyers from nearby stores, presenting them with a comprehensive overview of available products and prices. This feature empowers users to make informed purchasing decisions without the need to physically visit each store. By effortlessly comparing prices and deals, users can ensure they are getting the best value for their money.

The platform goes beyond simply presenting prices. iShopping strives to empower users by providing them with information and choices. By accessing a wide range of product prices, users can make informed decisions about their purchases, considering factors such as quality, brand, and price. The app acts as a reliable companion, offering transparency and convenience in the shopping process.

Moreover, iShopping offers additional features to further enhance the user experience. Users can scan their receipts, allowing them to track their shopping history and monitor their expenses. This feature provides valuable insights into their purchasing habits and helps users plan their future shopping trips more efficiently.

To keep users updated on the latest promotions and discounts, iShopping sends notifications for products in their shopping lists. By staying informed about ongoing deals, users can take advantage of money-saving opportunities and optimize their shopping experience.

Sol'exotica 

Sol'exotica Tanning Spa embarked on a transformative journey to enhance its operations and deliver a seamless customer experience by transitioning from a paper-based system to digital solutions. As a leading player in the tanning industry, Sol'exotica aimed to streamline its processes, reduce inefficiencies, and leverage technology to better serve its customers.

The project began with a comprehensive analysis of the existing challenges. One of the key issues was the time-consuming sign-in process and paperwork required for every visit. This not only caused inconvenience for customers but also required additional manpower at the head office to manually enter user information into the database. The client recognized the need to digitize their forms and automate these processes to save time, reduce costs, and redirect resources towards marketing efforts.

The team, consisting of other team members collaborated with me to design and implement a solution that would revolutionize Sol'exotica's operations. Our primary goal was to create an online booking engine and a paperless system that would streamline customer interactions and improve overall efficiency.

 

To achieve this, the team focused on enhancing customer interactions and creating a positive user experience. We developed digital forms that customers could easily fill out using touch screens or mobile devices, eliminating the need for paper forms. These digital forms were seamlessly integrated with the database, ensuring a smooth transition of customer information.

​

Moreover, I utilized customer feedback to continuously improve the digital forms, making them more user-friendly and efficient. I also implemented features to recommend specific lotions or creams based on the customer's needs, providing opportunities for upselling. To ensure customer satisfaction, reminders and notifications were incorporated into the system to help clients remember their appointments and stay informed about the latest products and techniques.
